Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The controller of your data is Anita Kusari, freelance authorised translator trading as Përkthime Shqip, Kosovo. Contact: anitakusari@outlook.com, +383 44 999 522.
2. What we collect
Through the quote form: your name, email, optional phone, company and country, the details of your request, the documents you upload and your message. The documents may contain personal data about you or other people. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
To prepare and send you a quotation, to carry out the translation if you accept, to communicate with you, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, and your consent where required.
4. How we protect your documents
Files are transferred over HTTPS, stored encrypted on a private server and are not publicly accessible. Only the translator can open them after signing in with a protected account. Access is logged.
5. How long we keep data
Uploaded documents are deleted automatically 30 days after your order is completed (or closed without an order). Request records (contact details and order history) are kept for up to 365 days after completion for accounting and dispute purposes, and then deleted.
6. Who receives your data
We do not sell or share your data. Our email and hosting providers process it only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction or objection to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting anitakusari@outlook.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Kosovo, the Information and Privacy Agency; in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection). We handle data in line with applicable law, including Kosovo's Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (for example, to keep the translator signed in to the administration area). No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all translation services provided by Anita Kusari (Përkthime Shqip). By accepting a quotation you accept these terms.
2. Quotation and order
A request for a quote is free and non-binding. A contract is formed when you accept the written quotation (for example by email reply). The quotation states the price, the scope and the delivery date.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete and legible documents and tell us about the intended use and any special requirements. You confirm that you are entitled to submit the documents.
4. Delivery and deadlines
We deliver by the agreed date. If a deadline cannot be met, we will tell you as early as possible. Delays caused by missing information or unclear documents may move the date.
5. Certified translations
Certified translations are made by an authorised and sworn translator in Kosovo. We confirm accuracy and completeness of the translation; we cannot guarantee acceptance by a particular foreign institution. Requirements such as apostille or legalisation of the original are your responsibility, but we will gladly advise.
6. Payment
The price and payment method are agreed in the quotation. The translation may be released after payment.
7. Corrections and liability
If you find an error, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it free of charge. Our liability is limited to the price of the translation, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all documents and information as strictly confidential, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Kosovo. Disputes will first be settled amicably; otherwise the competent courts in Kosovo decide.
